Desde que George W. Bush incluyera a
Irán en el denominado “Eje del Mal”
en 2002, mucho ha cambiado la
situación, e Irán está a punto de
convertirse en aliado clave para
occidente en Oriente Medio.
Las conversaciones sobre el programa
nuclear iraní están muy cerca de llegar
a buen término.
Este trabajo analiza los puntos clave
del pre-acuerdo alcanzado, así como
las múltiples implicaciones del mismo
en distintos ámbitos, más allá de la
capacidad nuclear iraní.

Since George W. Bush included Iran in
the so-called “Axis of Evil” in 2002,
much has changed the situation, and
Iran is about to become a key ally for
the West in the Middle East.
Talks on the Iranian nuclear program
are very close to coming to fruition.
This paper analyzes the key points of
the pre-agreement, and the many
implications of it in various fields,
beyond the Iranian nuclear capability.
