“The South African wild GiRL” by Alba Navas Martín Anne was a girl of English parents, raised since childhood with wild African pets. Anna was born in Pretoria, daughter of Degri Sylvie and Robert Jame, photographers of Africa. Anne lived the first ten years of her life traveling around Africa, to countries like Zimbablue, Botswa- na ... She lived in a tent in the forest and always woke with the sun shi- ning on her face, with her parents at her side. Anne established great relationships with local animals, including an elephant, a leopard and a baboon. months after the parents left England for work and there- fore decided to leave Anne by a South African family. When she returned to England with her parents, at the age of 14, much missed animals, but very quickly settled in the city. Years later, she starred in nature documentaries in South Africa for 23 years and now she is studying film at Oxford University. “The South African wild GiRL” by Miguel Ángel Marín Ruiz Juan is from Spain and he traveled for the first time to South Africa. He´s got family there, in Johannesburg. Juan went to visit the city and have a walk in the park. His family lives in a house on the outskirts of the city. Juan went to the park in the other part of the city. When he realized, he didn´t know where he was. His mobile was at his falmily´s house. Then he asked a lot of peo- ple from Johannesburg where the street where his family lived was. The people were very friendly and nice. Everyone helped Juan and he found and arrived at his family´s house. He spent four hours in the street and was very tired and happy to see is family again “The LOST WOMAN” by Manuel Fernando Rodríguez Last week, a ranger saved a woman in the jungle. The woman said ‘I was lost because I was taking photos of some birds and when I tur- ned around, the people weren´t there.’ She was lost for two days, she survived with some fruit. She said that the ranger found her while he was with other tourists. She also said ‘It was a nightmare… I was very scared because my mobile phone went dead and I didn’t have any way to communicate with the people… but thanks to Mark, the ranger, I´m safe now. He saved my life’. She thought she could be dead because in the jungle there isn´t any potable water or enough food. I will be more responsible next time’. “ROSE AND HER TRIP” by Carmen Blanco Rose was a 23 year old woman, photographer, young, beautiful and brave. When she finished studying photography, she went on a trip to South Africa to take photos of the province of Limpopo. Rose went to Kruger National Park and took many photos of rare animals and exotic plants . When it was late, Rose got lost in the park. It was cold and she was afraid because there were lots of dangerous animals. She had some peanuts in her bag and she gave them to a big elephant she saw. When the elephant ate the peanuts, Rose got on to the elephant and took some amazing photos of the sun and the scenery. She slept on top of the elephant and in the morning, when a group of people saw her, they picked her up and saved her. In the end, her photos were a big success. She now lives in South Afri- ca and dedicates her life to take pictures of all the country.
