Epilogue
We would like to thank everyone who helped us in the creation of this publication.
Most of all we would especially like to thank the people portrayed for generously
sharing their stories with us. Through this publication we were given a glimpse of
their lives. We became part of their story and they became part of ours.
Of course we would like to know how their lives will evolve. All we can probably say
is that the bullets remain a precious memory. No one has become someone. The
meeting was meant to be. The mission continues. The kiss is an anchor in good and
in bad times. The curse is also a blessing. Emptiness feels like searching for a light
at the end of a dark tunnel. There will always be people in need of help and people
willing to provide help. Gone are her days of innocence, but the rest of her days are
waiting to be discovered. And sleep fills the daytime with sweet dreams for those
who are carefree and look for the adventures of life.
Life goes on in all its facets with its highs and lows, each of us just a small point in
infinity.
