When you first start Pilates Barre, it will bring your spine in to a range of
movement that it may never have experienced before. It creates mobility and
movement that is functional and easy to achieve...with practice and
perseverance!
Participating in a weekly Pilates Barre class will not only change your spine,
flexibility and mobility but also tone up and strengthen your arms and legs.
Most of the work is done in a standing position, making it functional and
different to a Pilates Mat class, making it very complimentary to anyone who
practices Pilates!
If you have any injuries or issues, you will need to check with a Pilates Plus team
