Susan has got to be one
of the most bubbly and
energetic people I’ve met.
There’s a lot of giggling
going on when she’s in the
room. :)
Last year she opened her
own catering business,
‘Cozy Country Kitchen’.
She primarily provides
cafeteria food services
for a local factory in
Tottenham, but also does
catering and baking. I’d
love to be working at that
factory so I can eat in her
cafeteria!
