The First Dink Foundation is a non-profit youth development organization developed to help kids and teens to establish leadership skills through the game of pickleball . During First Dink Foundation programs , participants build character , self-confidence , and resilience . To set participants up for success and progression , the organization offers six programs ranging in age from 5 to 14 +. From an introduction to the game to learning The First Dink ' s Code of Conduct , these programs help the youth to become the Game Changers of tomorrow .
