With most of the COVID-19 restrictions in our rear-view mirrors , we can now look forward to reuniting with our out-oftown pickleball buddies . And if you ’ re driven to compete like many pickleball players , the beautiful summer weather may mean planning a trip to favorite tournament destinations .

However , some players may find it challenging to keep their eating habits between the lines when they ’ re away from home . While indulgence can be part of the fun , too
much can make a difference in game outcomes . Here are a few tips to help keep your digestion and pickleball play from crashing .
Remember to Hydrate
The risk of dehydration can be higher when we travel . Some people limit drinking on the road to avoid extra bathroom breaks , which isn ’ t wise in the days before a tournament . Dehydration can contribute to major problems on the court like fatigue , dizziness , headaches ,
