women ’ s side , Irina Tereschenko , perennial contender , found herself across the court from newcomer Lea Jansen . After three hard-fought games it was Tereschenko taking the win to claim her first US Open Singles gold .
The Senior Women ’ s Singles final — a rematch of 2019 — once again proved Jennifer Dawson to be the queen of Naples . The former triple-crown winner was victorious over longtime rival and friend Cammy MacGregor in three games to clinch another US Open title .
The Senior Men ’ s Singles final group was wellrepresented by some new blood in the division . David Spearman took the crown over Mark Palus in straight games , while Paul Olin rounded out the podium with the bronze over Dan Granot .
The stage was now set for the Johns and McGuffin show — two players who have elevated the game to new heights , and were destined for a rematch of their 2019 contest where Tyson McGuffin came away with the gold . McGuffin took game 1 and looked unstoppable ; however , this time it was the incomparable Ben Johns who rallied to a comeback victory .

The Johns brothers played together for the first time as pros . In the Men ’ s Doubles final , they beat Dekel Bar and Adam Stone in straight sets , 12-10 , 11-3 .
