The main floor will include 10
indoor pickleball courts, multipurpose
court, golf simulators,
pro shop, restaurant/bar, private
lounges, and locker rooms. The
second floor will have several
workout and conference rooms.
Alongside the 80 RV spaces and
40 well-appointed cottages will be
an additional 10 open-air, covered
pickleball courts.
Our restaurant will have a 6,500
sq. ft outdoor covered “Game
Yard” with shuffleboard, ping pong,
cornhole, and much more. You
can play a few hours of pickleball,
relax in the restaurant, and stay on
location in your RV or cottage. The
Espire Sports™ Complex is walking
distance from the Prescott Valley’s
6000+ seat Findlay Toyota Event
Center, movie theaters and so

pickleball courts is not just for
year-round play, but to make Espire
