“We offer a little of everything.
There are the pickleball courts, but
we also have bocce ball courts,
a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse
called The Barn, where residents
can have fitness classes, enjoy
a movement studio, use the full
working kitchen and have access
to the community’s lifestyle director
if they’re looking for other things to
do,” Scott said.
Everything about The Retreat
is about personal preferences.
While the community is largely
low maintenance-, Scott said
residents can choose how much
maintenance they want to do.
“Snow and trash and things like
that are taken care of, but we’ve
found that many people enjoy
doing their own landscaping and
yard work, so we leave decisions
like that up to them,” she said.
Of the 577 units available starting
at approximately $300,000,
residents can choose between The
Fairmont Collection, The Retreat
Collection or The Bungalows.
The Fairmont Collection is a
paired duet product, sharing a wall
with its neighboring home. Square
footage on The Fairmont Collection
ranges between 1,246- to 1,704-
square feet, depending on the floor
plan you choose. Some have two
bedrooms, two bathrooms and
flex space with an attached
garage as standard.
The Retreat
Collection is a
single-family,
ranch style design
offering floor
plans with front
and back yards
and square footage
ranging from 1,881-
to 3,941 square feet.
Depending on which
of the four floor plans you
require, homes in The Retreat
Collection can have anywhere from
two to seven bedrooms, up to five
bathrooms and a
three car garage.
Basements in
these units come
with several
finishing options
as well.
The
Bungalows
Collection
offers single
family ranch
style homes
that sit on a
cul-de-sac with a shared driveway.
These larger options boast square
footage ranging from 2,704- to
3,236-square feet, with up to 3
bedrooms, up to three bedrooms
and a two car garage based on
your preferences. There also are
several optional basement finish
options available and five floor
plans to choose from.
All of these designs are located
within the private, gated enclave
of The Retreat and connected to
the greater community of Banning
Lewis Ranch by a system of trails,
parks and other amenities focused
on healthy living and fun.
