The Open is a pickleball family fiesta. This year the Brazilians came to play and learn how to run tournaments. Young Argentinian tennis players made a good showing and are ready to start pickleball in South America. The South Koreans were back, giving away t-shirts and joining in the fun near the vendor tents. The Quebecois were present in full force, and explained how they’re having very successful league play. The Brits were back, with young players—Europe is showing us that pickleball is not just a senior sport.
