With three generations of the Higgins family at the helm , OS1st uses their combined experience in the hosiery market , a history they share with their hometown , to improve others ’ lives ; much like the family-centered origins of pickleball .
“ My father started this business in the hopes of addressing plantar fasciitis ,” said Josh Higgins , president and co-owner of OS1st . “ We invented Compression Zone Technology , which varies the levels of compression inside the garment to target different injuries and conditions .
