What happens in the body during initial exercise?

Blood-the blood is pumped around the body more and carrys more oxyegn and crabon dioxed around the venticals get smaller or larger depend ing on where there heading to, i.e if there going to the diegestive system during extersize then they get smaller but if they are going to the muscles which are beinging worked on then they get bigger so they can carry more oxgyen.

Muscles-Your muscles during exersise get bigger due to more blood being pumped to them. They alos get tiny micro teras in them this then allows them to grow in streaghnt and size when they heal.

The joints-An Increased Synovial Fluid Production takes place during exersise this therefore Increased the Joint Range of Movement meaning thant your are going to be more flexible and can move easyier.
