SETH MURPHY , PA-C : Seth was covering our floor when a new ED admit went into sustained ventricular tachycardia . Technically , this wasn ' t his patient , but he came to the bedside immediately to help stabilize the patient . He reached out to the admitting provider , who was currently taking care of another patient . Seth ordered medications and helped direct the room during the rapid . He reached out to the cardiologist and the intensivist . He was extremely proactive and helpful . He went above and beyond to help the nurses and , above all , help the patient . SUSAN PARK , MD : Dr . Park had a patient whom she saw after the patient had been hospitalized . The patient was extremely frustrated , and Dr . Park identified that this patient needed to talk and plan her care . Dr . Park spent an hour and a half with the patient , discussing the situation and coming up with a plan of care . Dr . Park , taking the time to listen and work with the patient ' s frustration completely reassured this patient that she was heard and was receiving ' renowned ' care that she could only have gotten at Renown .
