While traveling in Colombia I wanted to capture innate features of humnaity. At first it was an attempt to connect one culture to the next. But eventually, after coultless encouters with those less fortunate, I saw a necessity to remind people about our common humnity through them. Not surpringinly those unseperable characteristics of the human spirit were most vivid in them. Here we see strength.
