Mommy D celebrates 67th
in Miss Universe style

Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao
turned 67 on May 15, Sunday.
To celebrate her day, her
son, Sarangani congressman
and Senator-elect Manny Pac-
quiao put up a Miss Universe-in-
spired party with a theme, “Con-
fidently Beautiful @ 67.”
Wearing a royal blue ensem-
ble inspired by Pia Wurtzbach’s
winning gown, Mommy D chan-
neled her inner beauty queen in
front of at least 700 attendees.
In an interview with a TV news
channel, Mommy D shared that
her family attended a thanksgiving
mass together before proceeding
to her grand birthday celebration.
Asked about her birthday wish,
she said she hopes God will grant
her up to 200 years of age.•
