Kris tells Ipe: This is on you
“This is on you, Phillip
Salvador,” an emotional Kris
Aquino said live on a Facebook
video Wednesday night, February
27 in reaction to her being
mentioned in the skit of senatorial
aspirant Bong Go and Salvador,
the father of her son, Joshua.
The skit had Go telling
Salvador, ‘Naloko mo nga si Kris
Aquino,’ and the latter retorting,
“Hindi, minahal ko siya.” Go
had reached out to Aquino and
apologized to her.
Aquino said she took offense
for her son Josh, who has
autism.
“Tatay ka ni Josh,” said Kris
to Phillip, “Sana naisip mo [yung
line na] ‘Naloko mo si Kris Aquino.’
What does that make of your son?
Produkto siya ng panloloko?”
Kris also mentioned Phillip
has not seen Joshua since 2012
and that he had not extended
financial support to his son.
“Nanahimik ako for so long,
because I had thought you were
a good man. I equated goodness
because hindi mo kami ginulo
– pero mali! Mali na kinalimutan
mo si Josh. That’s not a big deal

years after hindi ako magiging
biro sa isang skit, sa bawat
entabladong inaakyat mo.”
Meanwhile,
in
a
rally
Wednesday
afternoon,
Go
apologized to Aquino at a rally in
Manila.
“Ma’am
Kris
Aquino,
paumanhin po talaga,” he said,
adding that he and Phillip only
wanted to inject humor and
make the crowd smile during the
campaign.
Before letting Salvador sing
the song, “Nandito ako,” at the
rally, Go said, “Diyan ko po siya
(Phillip) napanood noon kasama
si Kris. Ngayon, ito po ang totoo
– minahal niya po si Kris.” ●

Dayanara shares good Eddie Garcia ends stint in
news about her condition

Dayanara Torres posted an
update about the state of her
cancer via social media on
Friday, March 1 (PH time). In
an Instagram post, she shared
good news to her followers.
“I’m so happy to give you some
good news. Last week’s tests show
that my cancer is not spreading
and is not reaching any of my
organs!” she stated.
She added that she would be
starting her treatment this week.
“I [will] start my first radiation
treatment. I might get a bit weak
& some muscular pains but I’m
asking you.”
She also extended her
gratitude to those who have
been praying for her healing
and recovery. “I wanted to take a
moment to tell you all thank you
for all your prayers, your love and
support at this very difficult time
in my Life. I can assure you that
your prayers have been heard
and they have reached me,” she
wrote
It was in February when
Dayanara revealed she had been
diagnosed with skin cancer. ●

Screen veteran Eddie Garcia
has taken his final bow as the
antagonist Senyor Gustavo/Don
Emilio in the hit series “FPJ’s Ang
Probinsyano.”
As seen last Wednesday,
his character was killed while
attempting to escape from the
titular Cardo Dalisay, who is
played by Coco Martin.
Having been part of the show
since its first season, Eddie said
he will miss being around his
“Probinsyano” family.
“It’s a very good teleserye.
We had good rapport. I will miss
it,” he said, according to ABS-
CBN News. “Ganun talaga sa
teleserye. Kapag hanggang doon
na lang ang papel mo, hanggang
doon na lang.”
As they bade their sweet
goodbyes to Eddie, Coco and
the rest of the cast praised the
seasoned actor for his indisputable
passion for acting.
“Tito Eddie, walang kapares,
walang katulad. Mapa-bida siya,
mapa-kontrabida,
talagang
binibigay niya ang lahat,” said
Coco in a post from Dreamscape.
“Hindi niya ‘to tinuturing na
trabaho. Makikita mo sa kanya
dito ‘yung pagiging passionate
niya sa ginagawa niya.” ●
