Vancouver ’ s AC joins Your Face Sounds Familiar- Kids Edition
The kiddie version of Your Face Sounds Familiar has proven to be a runaway ratings winner with just its first two episodes .
Dance Kids champion AC Bonifacio of Lucky Aces is one of the kids ’ celebrity contestants with child star Alonzo Muhlach , The Voice Kids Seasons 1 and 2 champions Lyca Gairanod and Elha Nympha , “ The Voice Kids ” artist Justin Alva , Yey ! channel host Sam Shoaf , “ Langit Lupa ’ s ” Xia Vigor and FPJ ’ s Ang Probinsyano ’ s Awra .
One its first week , with his performance , Awra Briguela was named the first weekly winner , winning P50,000 in prize money and P50,000 worth of toys for his chosen charity , Harvesters ’ Foundation , Inc .
Awra Briguela ’ s impersonation of Mommy D trended on social media , with thousands of netizens cheering for the “ Ang Probinsyano ” child star .
Dance sweetheart Andree Camille “ AC ” Bonifacio , who was the other half of Dance Kids grand champion ( with Lucky Ancheta of Lucky Aces ), was a strong second placer after she sang and danced to Britney Spears Baby , One More Time ( 19 points , followed by Elha Nympha as Beyonce ( 18 points ), and Sam Shoaf as Bruno Mars ( 17 points ).
Alonzo Muhlach ( Harry Styles of One Direction ), Justin Alva ( Michael Jackson ), Lyca Gairanod ( Katy Perry ), and Xia Vigor ( Selena Gomez ) all received 12 points .
Last weekend , The Voice Kids Season 2 champion Elha Nympha won the hearts of the judges of Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids as she transformed into Sharon Cuneta .
Nympha received a perfect score of 24 points from the judges .
Aside from the P50,000 prize money , she also donated P50,000 worth of toys to her chosen charity , Meritxell Children ’ s World Foundation , Inc .
AC Bonifacio , who transformed into Sandara Park , and Justin Alva , who transformed into Adam Levine , were tied at second place with 18 points each .
American blogger and gossip columnist Perez Hilton is among the many netizens who were charmed by Xia Vigor ’ s latest performance on Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids .
On Sunday , Vigor transformed into Taylor Swift , and gamely performed the American singer ’ s hit “ You Belong With Me .”
Her performance was wellreceived by the jury , the live audience , and viewers .
But who would have thought that the seven-year-old ’ s performance would impress Hilton ? The blogger shared Vigor ’ s performance on Twitter , saying it was “ everything I
