The former mainstay of German Moreno’s “That’s Entertainment” has bounced back to conquer the entertainment scene again. Romano’s showbiz career dipped when that show folded. He tried to forge a career in Japan but it didn’t work out. He eventually succumbed to depression. For a time, things got so bad he was said to have lived on the streets until a Good Samaritan adopted him. Later, Romano begged to be accepted by his own father and like the prodigal son, he was welcomed back to the household. While recovering from his trials, Romano met his future wife Alma whom he said was instrumental in his decision to fi nally change for the better and for good. It was perfect timing. He soon became an independent distributor, then international and local speaker-trainer of the company.
