The local elections may have just finished last
month, but the PRA is now gearing up to elect
the new set of Board of Directors to serve the
association for the next two years.
In time for the Q2 General Membership meeting on June
28, the membership will choose 15 nominees to serve the
new Board for the term 2018-2020.
As per the association by-laws, regular members in
good standing or their duly-appointed proxies will elect
six from the outgoing Board to provide continuity and 9
from the rest of the nominees. Only regular members, i.e.
retailers can be elected to the Board.
