Here are a few comments and messages we received from our PRA members . Please know that we are always here to extend our services to all of you . Thank you for making our jobs meaningful !
It is in the " staying informed " that PRA distinguished itself . The seminars that PRA organized offered ideas and insights and food for thought . PRA has shown that it will play a critical role to help us connect the dots by filling that " staying informed " void .
Please keep up the excellent work . The industry needs PRA more than ever . PRA deserves huge credit ! " When the going gets tough , the tough get going !"... and PRA went into overdrive . Super well done !

I think the proactive efforts of the Association via the consistent learning series helped in so many ways during the pandemic .
For Retailers , they were given a credible and reliable source of information . For Partners , we were given a venue to help share our experience and potential solutions to pressing retail problems . Early in the pandemic , PRA was one of the truly proactive organizations who stepped up and led many initiatives to promote positivity .
Despite the uncertainties and individual / personal challenges PRA and its active members did not hesitate to reach out to govt , vendors , fellow retailer members / non-members to gather relevant information and shared it selflessly to everyone . From a partner perspective ( AWS ), this is something that we value and really look for associations that we support . This greatly helped us put focus on where our efforts and resources can be channeled for greater impact .

The PRA has kept its community of members intact even when business was practically nil for some and struggling was an understated adjective to describe one ' s business status .
They provided ideas / solutions through its communications ( via information dissemination as well as dialogue among members ) & endless online programs . It carried the torch guiding its members through their dark tunnels of uncertain length & proportions towards some simmer of light branching out these tunnels .
The PRA provided some sanity and hope in a tsunami of corporate wreckage and personal damage .

I have always been proud of being a member of the PRA . It is a world-class organization with a leadership and management that truly care and work for the survival and prosperity of its members .
There is no better test of character than this pandemic . PRA very early on , prescribed the roadmap to survival . These initial discussions helped me set the tone in our organization . This was followed by very relevant webinars and forums . The PRA also provided a support group amidst all the difficulties we are encountering . There is always someone to listen , to advise and even to assist in taking action .
On a national level , PRA provided opportunities for its members to participate in the national agenda of fighting covid such as testing and vaccines .

PRA-VLS helped me learn new key concepts that were vital for navigating thru the very abnormal market scenario . The PRA-TLS was very thought provoking with the insights from thought leaders that challenged us to face our discomfort zone . PRA-LTR has been very inspiring , hearing stories and insights from the experiences and journeys of retailers and retail experts .
Also , working with PRA has helped Retailgate remain relevant in the minds of our market despite the market slowdown . On a personal level , I gained a newfound confidence in being a moderator as well .
