- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Help other staff clean kitchen and work area
- May train kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and kitchen
equipment
- Oversee kitchen operations
- At least high school graduate and w/2 years of cooking experience
required.
- Experience cooking Filipino/Chinese cuisine an asset.
- Must be willing to work shift and weekends.
