Catriona reveals reason for breakup
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona
Gray is currently single.
At her grand Kapamilya wel-
come at ABS-CBN, Catriona admit-
ted during her guesting in “Kapamilya
Confessions” she was asked how she
is able to manage her love life.
“Well it’s all about balance,
whatever works for your personal life.
But for me, wala akong love life ngay-
on,” Catriona answered.
“So, I’m really focused on my
Miss Universe journey, on being the
best global representative that I can
be, and also being a representative for
the Philippines through and through,”
she ended.
Following her confession, model
Clint Bondad broke his silence about
the breakup.
In an Instagram post, he said
what happened is something they
needed to do at this point of their
lives.
He wrote, “I stand by all I have
ever said about you. You are still the
most beautiful woman that I have ever
met. I wish you the very best on your
path, wherever it will carry you...Tru-
ly. This is certainly not what we both
wanted, but most certainly what we
both need at
this point of
our life.”

She revealed they were already
having conflicts even before the Miss
Universe pageant. “Actually po, we
were having some problems even
before the pageant. We weren’t on
speaking terms so much,” she said.
She expounded that at some
point, they outgrew each other. “When
you’re together for so long and you

grow. Whether that be in your per-
sonal, or your career… sometimes,
you outgrow each other in a way,” she
