SPAM® Paella

INGREDIENTS
1 can SPAM® Less Sodium,

cubed
1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp minced garlic
•
1 piece white onion, chopped
•
1 piece red bell pepper, diced
•
1 piece green bell pepper,
diced
1-2 pinches saffron
•

2-3 tbsp tomato paste
•
3 cups cooked rice
•
1 small can of pimiento
PROCEDURE
Heat oil and sauté garlic and

1 cup green finger chili,
seeded and sliced
1 cup Gata

1/4 cup bagoong
alamang
1/2 to 3/4 cup water, as

PROCEDURE
Heat oil and sautee
