Exhibition view : Philippe Parreno : Alien Seasons , ARC Musée d ’ Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris ( 2002 ). Alien Seasons was the first programmed exhibition by Parreno , using automation technology . The museum ’ s lighting would turn off automatically and Mont Analogue would start playing , coloring the museum spaces in which it was installed .
