INTRODUCTION This methodological material was prepared by a project „Educational philosophy for a new generation“ funded by the ERASMUS+ program. We have invited teams from schools in 5 different countries with similar problems in school education. We hope that the material which we produce will help to achieve the educational goals of more European schools. Before project we agree to strengthen the profile of the teaching profession, because we looking for combine theories and methods through formal and non-formal education (Synergy effect). During project students worked with other students-teachers, parents or external specialist, in order to have a greater IMPACT than schools' teachers can provide. We are sure, that teacher's profession became more understandable for students, and activities was attractive for Z GENERATION! At finally, in our schools we consolidated contacts between teachers and students (different generations). At the end of project we made sure, that we achieved and many small tasks in social inclusion: integration of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants through education system; young people with migration background are provided there with wide opportunities to help them integrate with the school and local communities; through CLIL method, national minorities and refugees (immigrants) was quickly integrated in local communities; we helped our students break many stereotypes of immigrants (refugees) and will help for immigrants better to understand local society (through Philosophy, Art, Religion, Culture and more. We developed a new approach to the whole education process, provide an important educational and scientific Philosophy at school through multiculturalism, a holistic approach, the awareness to new generation through psychology and innovations, constructive dialogue between teachers and students, understanding and tolerance Social differences of students, equal opportunities. Our motto: come back to Philosophy at school for new generations and the integration of young people: we speak in the same language.
