REGULAR ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
* Must attest before 48 th birthday . If you are under 18 years of age , you will need consent from a parent or guardian before you apply however you may commence your application from 15 years and 9 months .
Qualifications
You need at least 4 GCSEs at Grade C ( Grade 4 to 5 with effect from Aug 17 ) or equivalent , including English Language , Mathematics and 2 Science subjects ; or at least 4 SCE Standard Grades at Grade 2 / Scottish National 5 ( Grade A – C ), including English , Mathematics and 2 Science subjects . The Scottish National 5 Application of Mathematics ( AoM ) ( Grade A-C ) is also accepted . Qualified Pharmacy Technicians must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC .

Whether or not you were born in the United Kingdom , you should normally have resided there for the 5 years immediately preceding your application , but candidates with a minimum of 3 years may be considered . If you have resided abroad for a period within this timeframe , dependant on the circumstances you may still be eligible on a case by case basis .
Nationality You must be a citizen of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland , holder of dual UK / other nationality or have been a Commonwealth citizen since birth ( with ‘ right to work ’ immigration status ).
