Skin roughness was also evaluated using a microtopography imaging system . After treatment , a reduction in skin surface irregularities was observed ( see Figure 1 ).

Radiant and better-looking skin
A second clinical study was performed to assess complexion changes after the application of a cream with two percent Reproage peptide . The cream was applied twice a day for 56 days on the face of 20 female volunteers , aged 35 to 55 .
At the end of the treatment , skin luminance ( L *) was measured using image analysis software . The L * parameter increased by 1.5 percent ( p < 0.05 ), suggesting a more radiant and improved complexion .
Reproage peptide assists in enhancing the regenerative properties of the epidermis , helping achieve the typical behaviour of younger cells and resulting in a more radiant complexion .
