Skin roughness was also evaluated using a microtopography imaging system. After treatment, a reduction in skin surface irregularities was observed( see Figure 1).

Radiant and better-looking skin
A second clinical study was performed to assess complexion changes after the application of a cream with two percent Reproage peptide. The cream was applied twice a day for 56 days on the face of 20 female volunteers, aged 35 to 55.
At the end of the treatment, skin luminance( L *) was measured using image analysis software. The L * parameter increased by 1.5 percent( p < 0.05), suggesting a more radiant and improved complexion.
Reproage peptide assists in enhancing the regenerative properties of the epidermis, helping achieve the typical behaviour of younger cells and resulting in a more radiant complexion.
The peptide suggests a reprogramming effect on skin, supporting recovery of the basal state. ·
