Sincerely. For every day that you make the decision to get out of bed. Be proud of yourself.

No matter how small they may seem to you or to other people. You can't win a war without overcoming all of the small battles first. Any progress is better than no progress.

Sometimes, it just so happens ever step we move forward, we get shoved three steps back. Life's frustrating in that way. But with enough determination and perseverance, we can push forward and fight our way against the current. And eventually, we will get to where we want to be. It's only a matter of time. Some of us will take a little longer to get there and that's okay. What really matters isn't how long it takes for us to get there. What matters is the fact that we started and that we finished.

As a society, one of our flaws is our negative attitude towards vulnerability and softness. Everyone feels so much pressure about having to present themselves as strong and put together all the time. But sometimes it is equally as important to admit to people that we are hurting.

I don't think we're told this often enough that it's okay to not be good at something we were originally good at, that it's okay not to get something on the first try.
