( Frank and Chancellor exit . Curtains open and they enter on stage . The stage is full of trash and pollution .)

( Servant and Court Jester enter quietly .)
You never cared to look and see what was happening . There are mountains of trash built by your " free littering " rule . There are no trees left , and clouds of smoke are caused by your giant castle , candy factories , and theme parks . The land and water is deteriorating , and the animals ' ecosystems have been crippled .
( Servant runs to the side of the Chancellor .)
SERVANT : He is right , your majesty . Also , you have everything , while most people have nothing . Your men do everything for you , and they do not get anything in return . Please sir , it ' s time to make a change .
NARRATOR : As Frank looked around , he suddenly realized the effect of his selfish ways . His cold heart began to melt and he saw how this world had become a terrible and dirty place all because of him .
