I DID IT…IN ENGLISH
„Let‟s CreEducate‟ project was my first experience abroad. My Spanish dream came true
when I met new people from other countries and enjoyed the time spent there. To my surprise I
communicated very well in English and the best thing was that I talked only in English.
I met Polish, Turkish, Slovenian and Lithuanian children there. I was impressed with the
Polish girls‟ level of English knowledge, as they were the ones who I communicated the most
with. They told me that the Polish teachers were very strict sometimes. Then, there were the
Slovenian students who told us about theirs hobbies, especially basketball.
It was an experience that I will never forget because I had the chance to discover new
places, new people, Spanish traditions and last but not I least it was the first time I travelled by
plane.

GO BEYOND THE BORDERS!
A place to remember
My Spanish experience in La Coruna was the best of my
life. La Coruna is in the North West of Spain near the Atlantic
Ocean. It is called the city of galleries because all the buildings
looked- elegant as if they were
dressed in lace.
We were guided through the
most important sights of the area: the
farthest West point of Europe,
Santiago de Compostella- an old town filled with history and charm.
We also went to Maria Pita City Hall, where we talked with
the mayor and his
translator. We were
impressed by the mayor’s
throne. It’s enormous!
We were in the central zone in La Coruna. In front
of us there was a University and behind us an
enormous cathedral. Around us there were so many
shops!!!
We also visited the
Hercules tower and
the
“Aquarium
Finistererrae”
I want to go back
some time…I have a message for the readers: if you have the
chance to visit these wonderful places, don’t miss it!!!
