When Bonnie( front) arrived at DARG, a pro-life, non-profit organisation based in Hout Bay, Cape Town, she was scared but still happy to play with other dogs. Then one day, when she saw her favourite buddy ready for their playdate, she snarled and lunged at him. We tried again, because dogs have bad days just like we do. But the same thing happened. Bonnie was having none of it when it came to interacting with other dogs.
