These are all questions we hope we would never need the answer to but unfortunately these things can and do happen. Studies in the US have show that 90% of pets will experience at least one emergency situation in their lifetime!
Attend a Pet First Aid Course and learn the skills and techniques to deal with emergency situations and gain the knowledge to help your pet. Did you know that 1-out-of-4 pets would survive if just one pet first aid technique was applied prior to getting emergency veterinary care?
On a PET First Aid course you will gain skills in dealing with: shock, seizures, choking, burns, poisoning, broken bones, heat stroke, cuts & grazes, and much more.
Our PET First Aid Course can now be completed as part of the Bronze Skill Section of the Duke of Edinburgh Hillary awards. Check with your school for availability or call us for student rates.
Canine Body Language Course
Sunday 2nd October 10am-4pm
Our Canine Body Language Course is designed to help you better understand your dog. Do you know when your dog is getting worried about a new environment or even a new friend?
Dogs try to communicate with us in many different ways but we as humans do not always recognise
the subtle clues they give off. Attending this course will give you an insight into Dog
World and teach you how to read your dog’s body language.
Your eyes will be opened and you will start to see things
you never realised were happening.
