elcome to our June

SnipPET. We hope you enjoyed our previous publication and we are proud to present our

second. In this issue you will find a couple of brief articles. One is on the correct diet for your rabbit and the second covers the debate on covering your horse. BioBrew have kindly offered another five bottles of PetBrew to give away and Pet Life is proud to support Pets by Pencil with an offer of a free A4 page portrait of your pet.

Pet Life Magazine

We have already started organising content for our first Pet Life magazine which is due this coming spring (September). For our more recent followers, Pet Life is a new company that will be printing a free pet magazine distributed New Zealand wide. With a print run of 10,000 and over 50 distribution locations you will be sure to find

a copy near you. We are also available online

at Joomag, sign up to our magazines and you will be alerted every time we publish.

Rescue Groups

Alongside our magazines Pet Life wants to bring all pet lovers together and become a hub for all things pets. If you are thinking of taking on a rescue then check out our rescue group page. Here we have up-to-date lists of rescue groups right across New Zealand. If you know of a group that you think would like to be listed then please let us know and we will contact them for addition. All rescue groups and charities listed on our website are also printed in our Pet Life magazine.

We are now looking for a suitable rescue group or charity to do a feature on for our spring issue. If you would like to nominate a group then please contact us including your involvement with the group, what they do and why you have nominated them.

Social Media

Pet Life is active on both Facebook and Instagram; we post regularly on both. Our content on Facebook is varied ranging from pet memes and cute videos to pet first aid tips and publications such as fast facts and top 10 tips. On Instagram we enjoy featuring our followers pets and often feature them throughout the day. This is a great way to see the variety of pets people have and the strange and quirky relationships some develop. Check out page 9 for some super cute pet features.

Until next time, enjoy and don't forget to "celebrate your pet".
