Direct’s annual ‘Best UK Vets’ awards
A Warrington vet surgery has been named
in the top 25 best practices in the UK thanks
to ratings from pet owners.
Beech House Veterinary Centre, part
of Willows Veterinary Group, has seen
its excellent care and customer service
recognised in Vet Help Direct’s annual ‘Best
UK Vets’ awards.
Vet Help Direct, which is an independent
vet reviewing platform and directory
website, has seen 174 reviews left online for
the surgery giving it an overall maximum
rating of five stars. Practice manager Sarah
Cunningham said making the top 25 list
was a “proud achievement” as the rankings
were based on direct reviews from clients.
Vet Sarah Cunningham, added: “It’s
great acknowledgment for us, particularly
because it’s based on independent reviews
from clients. It’s a reward for everyone and
I’m very proud. We put client care at the
foremost of what we do, so it’s nice to get
recognition.
“We’ve got a big team here at Beech
House. We’ve got six vets, five qualified
nurses, eight trainee nurses, an office
manager and six receptionists. A lot of
people have been here for a long time so
there is a lot of experience. We have clients
coming to us from all over the country, from
as far as Scotland, the Isle of Man and
Devon.
“We provide a lot of specialist services
such as orthopaedics, working with
specific breeds like the Shar Pei, and
breeding bitches where we do caesareans
and reproduction work. We get a lot of vets
ringing us up for advice.”
