EDITOR’S LETTER
This month, we focus on the aquatic segment of the trade,
bringing the companies serving this part of the market and looking
at how fishkeeping can benefit the wellbeing of owners. Turn to
page 24 to see more. Sticking with the theme, on page 12 Tetra’s
Simon Strode speaks to Lynchford Aquatics on how the industry
can help boost the aquatic market.
Design and branding agency Brown&co gives us a little history
lesson on how dog food has evolved through the years from
a simplistic product simply used to fill a dog’s stomach to the
individualised, premium product it is today. Find out more about
this on page 22.
PFMA also takes a look at the feeding of pets, focusing on how
different methods can enhance and enrich a pet’s life by providing
stimulation and behavioural development. Read about this on
page 11.
Also, Miranda LaSala - content editor at cat focused website
PurringPal - takes a look at the increasing popularity of felines and
examines why some people may be making cats their preferred
pet. Read her thoughts on page 28.
I hope you enjoy this issue.
