It takes innovative leaders and professional pioneers along with a whole lot of tenacity to reshape the challenges facing our industry into business opportunities . The ID 20 Award recipients that were announced during NAILBA ’ s annual meeting in November of 2021 , embody this can-do spirit . Given their experience and success in the industry , we asked the award winners to share their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities they see in 2022 .
