Disorder

A mental health condition in which people depend too much on others to meet their own emotional and physical needs.

The cause is unknown. It usually begins in childhood and is one of the most common personality disorders in men and women.

People with this disorder do not trust their own ability to make decisions, avoid being alone, become easily hurt by criticism and have a great fear of being abandoned.
