Anorexia

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder that makes people lose more weight than is considered healthy for their age and height.

SYMPTOMS:

-Intense fear of gaining weight.

-Distorted body image.

-Refusing to eat in public.

-Going to the bathroom after meals.

-Excercising all the time.

-Depression.

-Extreme sensivity to cold.

-Slow thinking.

There is not just one cause for an eating disorder. Different factors like genetics, cultural and social pressure, behavior, psychology, and neurobiological aspects can cause this type of disorder.
