As you have seen, the magazine has created an efficietn personal workout program, however don't be overwhlemed by the workouts. Some tips to make sure you stay dedicated and have fun while starting the program are:
1. Make healthier choices such as
- Eating less fast food or take out
-Getting enough sleep (at least 8 hours)
-Drikning more water
-Replacing processed food with natural, homecooked meals
2. Invite some friends over in order to make this journey fun and exciting. This will motivate you since everyone else is doing it!
3.When youfeel like giving up read motivational quotes, because someone was or is still going throught he same struggle as you are which caused them to create the quote. If they can get through it why can't you? Remeber it's not a race!
4. Stay hydrated at all times to avoid getting extremely tired. Try to improve your snacks by having more friuts or vegetables.
5. If you get tired don't STOP immediately! Go at a slower pace that makes you less tired and after finishing that exercise rep, you can take a 2 minute break to cool down and regain your strength.
6.Make sure you track your workouts so you can see your improvements overtime, also to avoid the repitition of other workouts.
