These workouts are for refrence to the ones mentioned on the prgroam. They make working out much more amusing. A person should not be frowing to workout in fact they should be motivated to keep going.

Flip a coin workout = Week 1 on Tuesday

Jump Rope 'n' Abs Circuit = Week 2 on (Mon)

Roaring Twenties = Week 4 on (Wed)

The 20 MINUTE LIVING ROOM WORKOUT IS OPTIONAL. It can be swtiched with others. Modified versions can be used, but always challenge yourself!
