Engaged by several large MoD Maintenance Management Organisations, commercial FM organisations and NHS Trusts.

Authorising Engineer for Mechanical and Petroleum disciplines. Full responsibility for ensuring that the processes needed to comply with Ministry of Defence( MoD) Joint Service Publication( JSP) 375, Part 2, Volume 3 Formal Safe Systems of Work, Statutory Requirements and Company Safety Rules and Procedures were implemented, administered, monitored, and audited. across 23 UK based sites in the south of England.

M & E Project Manager £ 1.5m spend per year, working within a Quality System and to DEO( W) Specification 005. From the initial project conception / design brief and overseeing the contract designs, installation to final commissioning, to satisfactory handover to the client. Including: 11KV HV substation design, installation, diversion of HV / LV supply cables to numerous buildings, 4.5 km of Medium pressure gas main serving 6 aircraft hangars and various smaller buildings, installation of electric Dehumidification and subsequent conversion to gas in 5 aircraft hangars, with a drying capacity of 9600m3 per hour, Various air-conditioning systems from 5Kw split system to a 60Kw system in the air traffic control tower, Replacement of airfield ground lighting taxi circuit with a cable run of 5 km and 110 light fittings, Installation of aircraft hangar radiant heating systems.
