The subconscious mind is more powerful than the conscious mind, operating at 40 million bits of data per second, whereas the conscious mind processes at only 40 bits per second. Working outside the control of the conscious mind, it stays within its fixed programs and automatically reacts to situations with previously stored underlying, limiting, self-sabotaging judgments or nourishing, supportive and loving beliefs. It’s easy to figure out the nature of your subconscious programming. Just take a look at the play you have written for yourself. It’s a printout of your subconscious data. It is the subconscious mind that sculpts how we live our life.
It is estimated that 70 percent of our thoughts are fear based, redundant, low-density vibrational frequencies. Since these subconscious programs operate outside the range of consciousness and are based in negativity, we are unaware of the programming and some of the life-threatening signals that are being broadcasted. Consequently, it is easy to sabotage our own lives or fail to take responsibility for the lives we lead.
