The embracement of this research has birthed a new science, Epigenetics. Recent studies have shown that epigenetics has more than a profound effect and influence on the expression of our genes. The effects can be passed down from one generation to the next. For example, eating too much may cause obesity, but can also predispose your children to be obese, even before they are conceived.
The sequence code of your DNA will always remain the same. However you can change how your genes communicate instructions to your cells, which is what the new science of epigenetics is really about. Epigenetics is a tool for empowerment. It gives you a choice over your fate and once you understand its influence your life will flourish.

A lifestyle factor such as diet and eating the right foods is an epigenetic influence that affects the way your DNA expresses its information to your cells. Just as powerful is the need for exercise. Research has shown that there is an alteration in gene expression after only a few hours of physical activity, which lowers the risk for chronic diseases and also helps maintain energy balance for weight management. Sometimes it can seem difficult to get your body moving, but it is such a crucial aspect to our overall health that it is extremely important to always keep yourself motivated in the most powerful and effective way.

The way we go about accomplishing our objectives in our daily life is determined and experienced by the relationship we have with ourselves. How we value, appreciate and love who we really are.
The physical world itself is an effect, initiated by the vibrational frequency of energy set in motion from the choice we make between viewing life either through the dark lenses of the ego-mind or from the Loving Eyes of The Heart.
