Chef Allison Sosna's
Broiled Farmer’s Cheese
and Strawberry/Cherry Salad
Ingredients:
(per person)
3 oz farmer's cheese
2 cups arugula, baby
3 sliced strawberries
4 sliced cherries
balsamic reduction
thin cut red onion, to taste
2 oz toasted edamame seeds
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
For cheese- turn broiler on, when hot, place cheese on
baking sheet and broil until darkened. Remove, let cool
for 5 minutes, salt, place on top of mixed salad.
