Tasty and Simple Marinated Swordfish…

Healthy . Natural . Organic .

Ingredients

2 swordfish steaks

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 generous teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

1 generous teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

1 tablespoon olive oil (I used lemon olive oil)

About ½ teaspoon sea salt + lots of cracked black pepper

Lemon wedges

Preparation:

1.Place swordfish steaks in a large sealable plastic bag or medium bowl.

2.In a small bowl, combine ingredients for marinade. Transfer marinade to bag/bowl with fish and use your hands to massage marinade all over fish until evenly coated. Seal or cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for several hours.

3.Remove fish from fridge and heat outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium to medium-high heat.

4.Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until just opaque in center.

5.Squeeze lemon over grilled fish and serve with assorted grilled vegetables.
