From that point, we needed to hire personnel, chefs, caterers. Consequently, we could offer the girls employment. That’s when we started seeing real pathways out of the situation of exploitation they are in. It gives them a way to get out of that situation. They can make a choice, take a decision. If they can’t get out, then we know there is a criminal coercion going on and we can work with the police to set them free.

AMSTERDAM

We are building a hub in Amsterdam that will allow for more companies, like the soup company, to offer employment to those girls. The city of Amsterdam is currently opening a Café where the girls will have employment opportunity. It helps with the creation of a new Amsterdam and a new image of the City.

We are doing the same here in San Francisco. We have a 7,000 sq ft hub, we have eight companies that are for-profit that all give revenue back to "Not For Sale", and they also create jobs for the people that we are working with from around the world. It is creating a real future for trafficking victims, rather than providing emergency care, which doesn’t give them hope for the future, or a ‘future platform’.
