1/2 GREEN PEPPER 2 SHALLOTS

1/2 RED PEPPER GARLIC

1 ZUCCHINI 10 SHRIIMP

CHILI PASTE PEANUTS

DRED HOT PEPPERS

1 TBSP CORN STARCH

1 TBSP MAYO

Dice peppers, zucchini and shallots.

Shrimp: Mix corn starch, mayo and shrimp (for batter)

Heat oil, add shrimp and cook until almost done. Set aside.

Add all ingredients, stir for 2 minutes.

Serve with organic white or brown rice.
