with pilaf rice and lemon and butter sauce.
The all-day dining menu offers customers
classics with a Links twist such as the Caesar
salad, chicken and avocado salad, tuna
and quinoa, and more for salads that are
also filling enough to be a light meal, and
familiar dishes such buttered chicken, club
sandwich, gourmet beef burger, fish and
chips, braised lamb shank, braised brisket,
for example, as mains, with also the option

alike, the Links A La Carte Brunch menu is
a beautiful combination of favourites from
the menu and specials for breakfast, cold
selection, main course, house favourites,
and dessert. The breakfast offers diners
an eclectic selection of sweet and savoury
breakfast options, the cold selection is
divided into the Mezze Buffet and On
The Table that allows diners to choose
from a wide selection of vegetarian and
meat-based dishes. The Main Course
boasts hearty options such as mini crayfish
thermidor, braised and de-boned lamb
shank, pan-fried seabass, and even a wild
mushroom tortellini, for example to make
sure every diner has something of their
taste they can enjoy. The menu also has
House Favourites, which include dishes
that have become customer favourites over
time. No meal is ever complete without
dessert, and the brunch menu offers
customers a buffet selection of homemade
cakes, tarts, mousses, and pastries or
assorted cheese plate and condiments.
Chef Gindra has curated the menu in a
manner that every diner at Links has a
variety of options to choose from, resulting
in satisfied customers every time. What
makes the experience of dining at Links
even more exciting, especially for brunch,
is the live music that is played throughout
the weekend. “We are really trying to
bring some new diverse music concepts
here”, Chef Gindra explains for the Friday
Brunch, guests enjoy live Jazz music by
musician Ahmed Al Qassim, and classical
guitarist Thu Le ravishes the guests in
her sweet music on special evenings that
take place in Links. Coming on board is
also musician Paul Adams and a Brazilian
Bossanova band to elevate the ambiance
and dining experience.
