his native country of South Africa. Gaining
further experience working in different
countries across Africa, Chef Gindra once
again returned to the UK to open up the
Radisson Blu property in Dublin, Ireland,
before going back to Africa, then making his
way to Bahrain.
Creating his signature taste by
incorporating all the elements from his
culinary experiences and fusing them
together, Chef Gindra says he is happy to
work with different types of cuisines, and is
something he took into consideration while
creating the menu for Royal Golf Club’s
flagship restaurant, Links. The international
cuisine restaurant has a delicious A La
Carte menu for breakfast, all-day dining,
dinner, dessert, and their newly launched
brunch menu with a wide selection of
international dishes that cater to the
different taste palettes in Bahrain. Ensuring
guests start their mornings on a tasty note,
the Links breakfast menu offers a wide
selection from Club breakfast, a variety
of egg options, traditional Bahraini Ful
Medames for those who enjoy something
savoury for breakfast. For those who like
to indulge in sweet treats to start their day,
New York-style pancakes, waffles served
with either ice cream or whipped cream
and with the additional option of adding
fruit, nuts, chocolates and more, or the
Baker’s basket that includes a selection of
pastries and jams is perfect. Also offering
a healthy option such as muesli, oatmeal,
or a seasonal fruit and berry pot, Links
makes sure all customers are able to enjoy
their breakfast and begin their day with a
nutritious meal. Boasting delectable dishes
from seafood, meats, salads, and sides, the
dinner menu has dishes such as the smoked
salmon and prawn, Peking duck salad,
vegetable ravioli and more to start the
meal off on a hearty note, and an insight of
what is to follow on the mains that provide
a large selection of rich steaks, lamb rack,
chicken and duck options, and seafood, all
of which also allow the guests to select their
own sauces.
